Office Hours for Walk-Ins

Graduate enrollment counselors are available to meet individually with prospective students on Tuesdays from 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM and Thursdays from 2:00 PM – 4:00 PM.  Our office is located on the east side of main campus, Cato Hall, second floor, and no appointment is necessary.  Download our campus map.  Visitors should park in the East Deck, Visitor Parking lot just in front of our building.

Clay/UNC Charlotte Station and the UNC Charlotte Main Station. We encourage you to consider this option when planning your trip to the University. 

The Graduate School Recruitment Fair

The Graduate School Recruitment Fair is a University of North Carolina Charlotte event offering students the opportunity to talk informally with representatives from diverse graduate programs at the University. At the fair, you will have the opportunity to talk with program directors, professors, admissions counselors, financial aid representatives, career center representatives, and tour guides to learn all about graduate opportunities at UNC Charlotte. Learn more.

Program-Specific Information Sessions

These Information Sessions are hosted by a Graduate Program Director (GPD) and are related to a specific program of study. The Graduate Program Director provides details about the academic program and general information on admission requirements, funding opportunities, and career possibilities.
